I have lost around 100lbs in a year and i am now back at the gym adding muscle and still trying to burn fat. I am finding the more i research the more confused i am getting with all the different articles out there! As of right now i ALWAYS have a Whey protein shake after my workout with Silk Light, PB2, and 5g Creatine. Shortly after that I eat anything from raisins, sweet potato, and i even have Jolly Ranchers as i heard candy as those were excellent post workout??
